Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days after receiving your StandHeat™ Heated Camo Hoodie to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
Take it to the stand, try it in the cold, and see how it feels. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The hoodie must be clean, free of damage, and include all original parts. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at mystandheat@use.startmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your hoodie is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong size or item, contact us right away at mystandheat@use.startmail.com so we can make it right.
Please note: a power bank is not included with the hoodie. It works with any USB power bank, the same kind you use to charge your phone. Not receiving a power bank is not considered a missing item.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us at mystandheat@use.startmail.com with your order number and the size you need, and we'll help you with the fastest option. You can also return the item you have and place a new order for the correct size.

EU and UK Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The same condition requirements above apply.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some extra time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
